Final Manuscript Submission
You should complete all the following steps by March 10, 2023, otherwise your paper may not appear in the proceedings.
* Template for Final Manuscript *
The templates of the final manuscript provide a detailed description of paper preparation. Please read it carefully and write the manuscript according to this guideline.
Step 1: IEEE PDF eXpress
Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the IEEE PDF eXpress. All submissions MUST be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at IEEE PDF eXpress: Login (ieee-pdf-express.org).
First-time users should do the following:
① Select the ‘New Users – Click Here'
② Enter the following:
· 54778x for the Conference ID
· Your email address
· A password
Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Step 2: Author Registration
One of the authors for the final manuscript is needed to complete his/her registration. Once registration with payment is completed, the submit button for the final manuscript will be activated. For more details of registration, please see the Registration page at https://icpe-conf.org/registration
Step 3: Copyright Form
In order to be published in the conference proceedings, all accepted papers MUST be accompanied by a signed KIPE Copyright Form. Before you submit the final manuscript, you can check the form in the online system, and please press the "Agree" button on the copyright.
Step 4: Final Manuscript Upload
On-line submission only. Neither fax nor e-mail submission will be accepted.
(The online submission system will be open from Feb. 10, 2023.)
Preparing a Pre-recorded video
ICPE 2023-ECCE Asia will be held as a face-to-face meeting, however, we recognize that some of our colleagues may not be able to travel due to COVID restrictions or other issues. To prepare for any possible circumstance, ALL (both oral and poster) presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded presentation (15 min. videos for oral and 10 min. videos for poster presentation), as a condition of their paper being included in ICPE 2023-ECCE Asia.
The submission deadline for pre-recorded presentation video file is also Mar. 10, 2023, and the detailed guideline for uploading the presentation video will be announced soon.
We believe that this strategy can be not only a contingency plan but also a more effective way of communication, especially for students.
The submitted final manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. If the final manuscript was not presented at the conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.
