Call for Organized Sessions

Organized sessions are specialized sessions held during the conference as a set of oral presentations that are highly specialized in specific themes. The idea is to gather contributions of leading experts in clearly defined or emerging fields, as well as to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics and innovative applications. Organized sessions provide a platform on focused topics for interested groups of researchers. The committee strongly encourages organizer to make the session with 5 oral presentations from more than 3 different countries and 4 institutions. If the number of selected papers is less than 5, the organized session will be cancelled, and the accepted papers will be distributed among other regular sessions in the topic area. Especially, organizer will be acknowledged by appreciation allowance for each session (at least 5 registered presentations required).

- Submission Guidelines

Organized session proposals should be submitted as a digest summarizing the contents of the session. The proposal should include the title of the session, organizer name, affiliation and biography, outline of the session, and list of proposed contributions. The organized session proposal should be submitted to icpe@icpe-conf.org no later than Oct. 14, 2022
